- GSD purchased the 36,000 SF property with a 10,941 SF building at 801 W Cannon in 2015. We worked with a local contractor to completely remodel the building and hardscape. The property is located in the coveted Near Southside District of Fort Worth, Texas. We redesigned the building into a creative office space with a clean, modern style. The redevelopment was completed in early 2016.
