Principal
Michael Polombo
Michael is responsible for deal structure, land acquisition and property development. Michael has partnered in numerous commercial real estate projects that include multi-family, office and retail development, since 2003. Prior to forming GSD in 2013, Michael worked in partnership with Austin based investment and development company, Investcor. He began his career among the first twenty members of, Gerson Lehrman Group, a primary research firm that today employs over 1000 people among 22 international offices. Michael received a BS from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an MBA from University of Texas McCombs School of Business, a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NYU SPS Schack Institute and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
